My dear friend Jenny came to visit this weekend from the CHI. We love her so much. Jenny has been a big part of Sof's life since before she was born. I am thankful for Jenny for being there with me when O was working late at his old non-profit job or to just be a girl when I was always surrounded by the boys. Sof and Jenny have a special connection, and it really came out today when Jenny babysat Sof while I was working and O and my dad were continuing on the fence work.
Jenny posted this pic on Facebook with the caption, "sometimes you babysit and the kid just won't sleep". I saw this while I was at work and busted out laughing...in tears...because I knew Sof was having way too much fun to sleep. God I love that kid. I hope she knows how much she is loved by me, O, my fam, and even "Aunt" Jenny.

I still laugh when I see this photo. Get it together Sof and have a nap. She needs to learn that I need to nap also.
